Same-Day Operation
Once the bus arrives at your designated location, the operation will begin. Our driver will provide courteous service and ensure a safe and comfortable journey. The operation will conclude upon arrival at your destination, and we strive to deliver a trip that leaves you fully satisfied.
Before using our charter bus service
1．Fees

We submit our upper and lower fare limits, calculated according to usage time and distance, to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. As a result, charter bus fares differ depending on the operation date, distance traveled, and required service time.

Please make payment either by transferring the fare to our designated bank account in advance or by paying in person before the day of operation. (The fare includes one driver per bus and fuel costs.)

Toll fees, parking fees, ferry charges, driver accommodation expenses, and admission fees for paid facilities are not included in the fare. These costs must be paid by the customer on-site.

If you require a bus guide, we can arrange one for an additional fee. Please inform us in advance if needed.
2．Cancellation Fee

From 14 to 8 days before the dispatch date:
An amount equivalent to 20% of the designated fare and charges. -
From 7 days before the dispatch date to 24 hours before the dispatch time:
An amount equivalent to 30% of the designated fare and charges. -
Within 24 hours of the dispatch time:
An amount equivalent to 50% of the designated fare and charges.
3．Operations

We will pick you up at the designated location and operate the bus to your destination.

Please note that, due to road conditions, such as narrow streets, there may be locations where the charter bus cannot enter, making pickup or operation impossible. Thank you for your understanding.
4．Driver Accommodation Arrangements

For charter bus services, customers are usually responsible for arranging driver accommodations. Please consult your lodging facility for assistance.

Please arrange a one-night stay with two meals and ensure parking is available for the bus. When traveling with a bus guide, kindly prepare a separate room for both the driver and the guide.
